The Easy Way To Eat Starch On Vacation

Can you eat Starch Solution while on vacation? Absolutely! In this episode, I show you the easy way I ate Starch Solution while vacationing in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Traveling While Eating Starch Solution

Going on vacation does not have to be a deal breaker if you follow the Starch Solution or any diet. It just takes a little planning.

I like to stay in a condo, townhome, or house when we travel. This way, I have my own kitchen to cook meals in if I want to. I can plan ahead, go to the grocery store, and have healthy food that fits my lifestyle while traveling.

Starch Solution Staples Always In my Carry-On

When we travel, I usually have a few staple items with me that are Starch Solution compliant. You'll always find a few pouches of instant oats. These are great if you have kids, too. I love pickle pouches like these from Oh Snap! In my video, you saw how I used the brine as a salad dressing! Spices are another one. I love these Frontier Coop Nutritional Yeast seasonings. They are so good on everything. I always add some balsamic vinegar to salad dressing. These fun little containers make toting liquids around a little easier!
