How To Find These 5 30-Minute Peloton Rides

To find these Peloton rides, click “Cycling” at the bottom of your screen, then tap the search icon on the top right of your bike. Type in the title of the ride I have listed below. I’ve included the date of the ride so you can make sure you have the correct ride. There can be multiple rides with the same tunes, band, or whatever, so the date is good to have.

30-Minute Def Leppard Ride with Sam Yo - 4/20/24

If you are a GenX’er like me, then this ride is just what you are looking for. Great tunes like Rock of Ages, Animal, and Photograph help get your heart rate up and your sweat on. You’ll sing along to the songs, and the ride is over before you know it. And who doesn’t love a ride with Sam Yo?! Let’s shout a Yes, Yo! If you haven’t taken a ride with him before, check out this 30-minute Peloton ride out immediately!

30-Minute Madonna Ride with Robin Arzon- 6/28/19

If you are a Madonna fan, you HAVE TO DO THIS RIDE! This might be my all-time favorite Peloton ride. I can take this ride repeatedly and never tire of it. In fact, I’ve PR’d on this ride multiple times. It’s just that good. Songs include all our favorites like Vogue, Like a Virgin, Into the Groove, and Express Yourself. Robin is such an awesome coach who delivers tough love the entire way, which makes this ride a top ride in the entire Peloton ride lineup. Make sure to bookmark it right now!

30-Minute AC/DC Ride with Sam Yo- 12/21/21

My love for Sam Yo as a Peloton bike instructor runs deep. It’s probably because he does so many rides with my favorite music! Did you know he was a monk for a while? His story is quite fascinating, and you can check it out here. But, back to the AC/DC ride. Heart-pumping tunes include Shoot to Thrill Shoot Me All Night Long, Back In Black, and Hells Bells. This ride is awesome to take at night or early in the morning when it’s dark out. For some reason, the darkness really makes it more intense and exciting!

30-Minute Classic Rock Ride with Matt Wilpers- 10/5/23

I love taking rides with Matt Wilpers because I learn something about technique, training, form, or something that will improve my performance. As a coach himself and a high-level athlete, he has so much to offer all of us. This is one of the reasons I love Peloton- it’s so much more than just a workout. And this ride is just that. With some coaching in between, music from Queen, Fleetwood Mac, and Aerosmith makes for a terrific ride. I love it when I finish this ride, and I feel like I’ve had an awesome workout and learned something at the same time. Make sure to check it out!

30 Minute Soft Rock Ride with Christine D’Ercole- 3/4/24

Soft rock doesn’t make you think of a heart-pumping ride, but if you’ve been riding on your Peloton for a while, you know that any ride can get your heart going! I love this ride with Christine because she is cracking herself up the entire time, which makes me crack up the entire ride. I love how she’s so open and transparent and truly talks about what’s on her heart. Every time I clip in with her, I feel a lot lighter at the end. This ride is so fun with music from TOTO, REO Speedwagon, Journey, and. my favorite, Neil Diamond.
